Refund Policy
At Miruthan, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a refund or exchange policy.
Eligibility for Refund
– You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery
– Item(s) must be in their original condition with all tags attached
– Item(s) must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way
How to Initiate a Refund
1. Contact us via the form below with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed
3. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided
Refund Processing
– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s)
– Refunds will be issued in the original payment method
– You’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed
Shipping Costs
– You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item(s) were faulty or sent in error
– We’ll cover shipping costs for exchanges or replacements
Exceptions
– Sale items, special orders, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned
– If an item is returned in a condition that’s not resellable, a refund may not be issued
Australian Consumer Law
– Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
– If an item is faulty or doesn’t match the description, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement
